Stephen Laughton

Creative Director    New York

An award-winning writer, producer and director, Stephen's latest play, the critically acclaimed ONE JEWISH BOY, will be transferring into the West End in spring 2020. His film work has garnered BAFTA, RTS, HUGO, BIFA and OSCAR nominations and wins.

As CD of TheMACHINE, Stephen oversees PR and artistic strategy.

Entrepreneur, managing director, motivational speaker and successful actor with critically acclaimed performances across TV, film and theatre. Amanda oversees our north and regional production, alongside external partnerships and our national and international touring slate.

Sarah Meadows

Director, One Jewish Boy

Sarah is an award‐winning director and part of the Old Vic 12 2019. She was nominated for an Off-West End Theatre Award for Best Director for Screwed at Theatre503, and has worked across the UK, Europe and the USA. Currently working in the West End on ADMISSIONS by Joshua Harmon, the play stars Alex Kingston. 

Ryan Andrews

Director, Hiraeth

Ryan Andrews is a feature film and music video director, who's debut feature film, horror fantasy ELFIE HOPKINS, starred Jaime and Ray Winstone. He directed BBC mini series Beasthunters starring James Corden and has made music video’s for Little Mix, Charli XCX, Asap Ferg and Odd Futures the Internet. 

Sarah Sigal

Writer, Vanishing

Sarah is a writer, director and dramaturg who works in new writing, physical theatre, devised work, cabaret and interactive theatre. Her book Writing in Collaborative Theatre-Making was published in 2016. She is the Live Performance Programmer at JW3 and is a co-founder of the Change of Art Festival.
